Filled with tasty recipes and insights about how to make the perfect holiday cookie from master baker Julian Sol. Julian Sol has been a professional baker for the past ten years, working in bakeries in New York and Los Angeles and Paris. Originally from Louisiana, Julian developed a love for baking from his mother, who passed down three generations of Sol recipes! From there he worked his way up in various restaurant kitchens and he has plans to start his own bakery, Sol Sweet, soon. Next year he will share his delicious cookies with the world in Sol Cookies.
